NDT Limited can supply conventional ultrasonic inspection technicians using
the latest portable digital ultrasonic sets from Sonatest and Krautkramer.
PCN and ASNT qualified technicians are available to test butt welds in
plate and pipe products, structural steelwork and pressure vessels in accordance
with BS EN 1714 and ASME V requirements. Plate testing can be carried
out in accordance with BS EN 10160 requirements in stock yard or dock
side locations.
MPI &DPI Inspection

NDT Limited can carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) using portable
Magnetic Flow and Current Flow equipment. Fluorescent
and conventional white light consumables can be used. Dye-Penetrant Inspection
(DPI) can be carried out with both colour contrast and fluorescent systems.
PCN and ASNT qualified technicians are available to undertake tests in
accordance with ASME V and BS EN 1290 / BS EN 571-1 requirements.
