Heat Treatment Ovens
SPI NDT Limited can provide in house heat treatment services. The company
has two Electro-Furnace heat treatment ovens and in addition mobile equipment
for localised stress-relieving of welds on spools that are unable to
fit in the ovens.
Our largest oven is a 120KW electro-furnace with internal dimensions of 3.9m x 2.5m x 1.6m and a maximum payload of 4,5 tonne. Maximum operating temperature is 750° C and temperature control is by an FGH P2000 control unit.
Our small oven offers a cost affective solution for the heat treatment of items below 1m dimension.
